For $40 you get a night of dining, dance and live music. All proceeds go to benefit the Southwest Youth Ballet, a group of talented young dancers who will perform at the event. Inspirador is a hip venue in downtown Chandler that sets the mood for fun and romance. Bring your favorite valentine or just a friend and experience something different this Valentine's day weekend! ~Food~ Appetizer station: AZ Street Tacos (tomato poached chicken, citrus slaw, cilantro creme fraiche & chipotle aioli); Shrimp ceviche shooters; Salsa bar served with blue and yellow corn tortilla chips Entree: Farm fresh field green salad (market fresh field greens with roasted tomatoes, cucumbers and house croutons); Herb crusted tenderloin of beef carving station (au jus, gravy, port wine sauce, horseradish cream and chef's creamy chive mashed potato); Gourmet bread and butter Water and coffee provided. Cash bar available ~Dance~ A set of short performances by the Southwest Youth Ballet and our guest ballroom dance couple. Later in the evening, there will be a ballroom dance lesson for all to participate in. * New contemporary ballet piece by Kevin Jenkins (premiere) * Solo from the ballet Giselle by our senior dancer, Alyssa Vargas * Modern piece by Nicole Olson * Ballroom * Clare de Lune by Jimmy Hao ~Music~ Later in the evening, dance the night away to live music played by 415Edward. |
